Close The Gap was created with the intention of easing stress during a very stressful time for seniors and their families. Jacob Bauer and Claire Murray founded Close The Gap after seeing their own family navigate the transition, seeing firsthand the overwhelming choices and emotional weight elders and their families carry.
Jacob and Claire are determined to make a difference in their community, and are looking to provide a service that they feel is missing to people. Their mission is to bridge the space between leaving a long-time home and finding a new community, ensuring every senior is met with dignity, clarity, and most importantly, peace of mind.
